1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using G-Clips ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
G-Clips is a web application that lets users import gaming clips (e.g. from Twitch), edit them into vertical 9:16 short-form videos, and publish the rendered output to third-party platforms the user has explicitly connected (such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram).
3. Accounts
You must register an account to use most features. You are responsible for keeping your password and connected third-party tokens secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.
4. Third-Party Platforms
When you connect a third-party platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) to G-Clips, you authorize us to act on your behalf only for the scopes you approve in that platform's consent screen — typically reading your profile and uploading videos. You can revoke this access at any time from the Settings page or directly from the third-party platform. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the clips, edits and renders you create with the Service. You grant G-Clips a non-exclusive license to process and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (rendering, publishing to platforms you connect, and temporary backup).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, publish or distribute content that infringes copyright, violates third-party rights, contains illegal material, or violates the terms of the destination platform (e.g. TikTok Community Guidelines, YouTube Community Guidelines). We may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these rules.
7. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. Renders are stored for a limited time (currently 7 days) and may be deleted afterwards.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, G-Clips and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
